Shipping Policy

 

Where we ship: we currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

 

Dispatch: orders are processed and dispatched within 3–7 working days of payment. If an item has to be restocked, dispatch can take up to one week longer and we will let you know. Our products are shipped from our fulfilment partner's warehouse outside the UK.

 

Delivery time: tracked delivery to the UK typically takes 10–20 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during peak periods or customs checks. We do not offer express or next-day delivery.

 

Tracking: once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number and link.

 

Shipping costs: any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

 

Duties and taxes: prices shown are the prices you pay at checkout. If a delivery is ever held with an unexpected charge, contact us before paying it.

 

Lost or delayed orders: if your order has not arrived 25 working days after dispatch, contact us via our contact form with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.

 

Damaged or wrong items: contact us via our contact form within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
